- Measured peak heart rate
- Heart-rate recovery measurements
- Standardized recovery checkpoints

- Replace professional healthcare evaluation
- Guarantee that physical activity is risk-free
Its color-coded results are intended as preventive and educational decision-support information.

Information entered by a coach, educator, organization, or authorized user should only be entered when that person has appropriate authority to manage the information.
7. WeWon Athlete ID and Cross-App Portability
WeWon may assign an athlete a persistent WeWon Athlete ID.
The purpose of this identifier is to reduce duplicate athlete records and allow compatible WeWon applications to recognize the same athlete.
When an authorized user copies or imports an athlete between compatible applications, certain profile information may accompany the WeWon Athlete ID.
This may include information such as:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Sport
- Position
- Team
- Competitive level
- Experience
- WeWon Athlete ID
Unless explicitly supported by the selected transfer feature, copying an athlete profile does not automatically transfer every assessment, note, image, physiological record, or historical record from another application.
8. Bluetooth and Connected Sensors
Certain WeWon applications may connect to compatible Bluetooth sensors, including heart-rate monitors.
Bluetooth permissions may be used to:
- Discover compatible devices
- Establish a connection
- Receive heart-rate information
- Record data required by an assessment protocol
Some Android versions may associate Bluetooth scanning with location-related system permissions.
WeWon does not use Bluetooth permissions to track a user's physical location.

- Develop future WeWon features
We will not use physiological information to make an independent medical diagnosis.
10. Authoritative Processing and AFEtm
Certain calculations may be performed by authorized WeWon backend systems rather than directly on the user's mobile device.
For AFEtm Safety Check, the authorized AFEtm processing engine serves as the source of the official AFEtm result.
If the authoritative processing system is unavailable, the mobile application may display an assessment as pending rather than generating an unofficial substitute result.
11. Artificial Intelligence Features
Certain WeWon services may include AI-assisted functionality, including features such as:
- WeOne AI Assistant
- Training summaries
- Coach reports
- Planning assistance
- Calendar interpretation
- Educational explanations
When an AI-assisted feature is used, information necessary to provide that feature may be processed by WeWon systems or by technology providers supporting that functionality.

AI functionality within WeWon is not intended to independently provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Identifiable personal information will not be publicly presented as research data without appropriate authorization.

15. Children and Minors
Some WeWon services may be used in youth, school, or athletic environments.
AFEtm Safety Check is not intended for children under 15 years of age.
Where minors use a WeWon service, appropriate authorization or supervision should be obtained from the parent, legal guardian, school, sports organization, coach, or other responsible party as required by applicable law or policy.
Organizations using WeWon with minors are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to collect, enter, access, or manage the information involved.
16. Educational Environments and FERPA
Certain WeWon applications may be used by schools, educators, coaches, or athletic programs.
Use of WeWon in an educational environment does not automatically mean that every piece of information processed by WeWon constitutes an education record under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”).
When FERPA or another education privacy requirement applies, the educational institution and WeWon may have separate responsibilities depending on the specific service, relationship, contractual structure, and information involved.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy should be interpreted as a blanket representation that every WeWon service or use case is automatically subject to FERPA.
17. Health Information and HIPAA
Certain WeWon applications process physiological or wellness-related information.
Possession or processing of such information does not by itself make WeWon a healthcare provider, healthcare clearinghouse, health plan, or other covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
Whether HIPAA applies depends on the specific parties, service relationship, contractual arrangement, and use of information.
WeWon does not represent AFEtm Safety Check or WPM as medical diagnostic systems solely because they process physiological information.
Where a specific customer relationship requires additional healthcare privacy safeguards or contractual obligations, those requirements should be established separately.
18. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against:
- Unauthorized access
- Unauthorized disclosure
- Loss
- Misuse
- Alteration
