Frequent questions
How do I delete my data?
In the AFE™ Safety Check app, open Profile → Delete my data. This permanently removes your profile and assessment history from the app and from our servers. You can also email us to request deletion.
Do I need a heart-rate monitor?
No. You can complete an assessment in Manual mode by entering your heart-rate readings. A Bluetooth heart-rate monitor or Apple Watch is optional.
Is AFE™ a medical device?
No. AFE™ Safety Check is a sports-training support tool for physiological observation. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease and does not replace professional medical advice.
